The Louisiana Office of Community Development - Disaster Recovery (LOCD-DR) awarded funds to the Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) for the Aviation and Avionics Workforce Development under the Parish's Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP) allocation. During the environmental review of the Proposed Action, it was determined that the project occurs within a floodplain and requires notification of the Proposed Action to the public.
