The Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade and Festival is a family fun event for man’s best friend. Join us for the
parade, contests, music, food, and refreshments. Awards will be presented for the best costume, best
dog/owner look alike, largest/smallest dog, best dog trick, and howling contest. The event is free to the public and dog owners may make a donation to the Kiwanis Club of Houma Foundation.
