For seniors, ages 60 or older. Purchase tickets before the event for $1 at any TCOA center or at the Main Operation Building (995 West Tunnel Blvd.). Tickets will be available to purchase at the door as well, but lunch is not guaranteed. Bingo will include 15 bingo games and 1 blackout game. Bingo cards will be sold for $1 a piece with a 20 card maximum.

Organizations from all across the parish will provide free health and wellness resources to the public. Services include healthy cooking demos, vision and hearing screenings, car seat checks, healthcare for veterans and seniors, and more. Registration is not required to attend this program. All ages welcome.

Garbage collections are suspended/cancelled on New Year's Day, Mardi Gras Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day only. There will be a ribbon cutting celebrating a new community garden. The community will gather to plant produce and participate in other family-friendly activities. Nutrition information and healthy samples will also be available.
