Health Unit to Host 3rd Annual Back-to-School Health & Wellness Fest on July 14
The Terrebonne Parish Health Unit is excited to host its 3rd Annual Back-to-School Health & Wellness Fest on Tuesday, July 14, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at 600 Polk Street, Houma.
In addition to a school supply giveaway, community agencies will be on-site providing valuable resources and information to help children and families prepare for the upcoming school year.
Event highlights include:
- $10 sports physicals provided by Terrebonne General’s Mobile Care Clinic
- Free vision screenings offered by the Houma Lions Club
- Assistance with checking your child’s immunization records
- Information about WIC services now available at the Terrebonne Parish Health Unit
