Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact/Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds
On or about July 10, 2025 TPCG will submit a request to the Louisiana Office of Community Development - Disaster Recovery (LOCD-DR) for the release of Resilient Communities Infrastructure Program (RCIP) funds to undertake a project known as the Water Quality and Redundancy East: Waterline Project, for the purpose of installing a new 20-inch water transmission line from the Williams Pump Station to the South Terrebonne Standpipe under the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway via directional drilling in Houma, Louisiana.
