Councilman John Navy, District Attorney Joseph L. Waitz, Jr., Terrebonne Parish Sheriff Tim Soignet, former Councilwoman Arlanda J. Williams, the Marine Corps League Toys for Tots Program, the EPHD-SU Cohorts, and Parish President Gordon E. Dove present the 10th Annual Merry Kappa Alpha Psi Holiday Festival from 12 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, December 18, 2021, at the Barry P. Bonvillain Civic Center Parking Lot, 346 Civic Center Blvd., Houma.

The event will feature a bike giveaway for children. The event is free and open to everyone. Volunteers will hand out one bike per vehicle, while supplies last. Please remain in your vehicle at all times.
