Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government's Community Service Department is hosting a COVID-19 Vaccination Day from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday, August 23, 2021, at the Houma-Terrebonne Civic Center. 

The LA Department of Health will be distributing the vaccine to residents 18 or older and children aged 12-17 who have parental permission. No appointment is needed. 

Terrebonne Parish residents may be eligible to receive a $100 food voucher for each dose of the vaccine. Vouchers can be redeemed at Rouses or Cannatas.

Eligible Applicants:

• Terrebonne Parish resident
• Fall within 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
