16th Annual Tree Giveaway hosted in conjunction with the Good Earth Market. The giveaway includes distribution of 200 native trees and 200 bare root saplings to Parish residents. The Good Earth Market celebrates garden enthusiasts and will have vendors from all aspects of the gardening and farming industry.

Come out for the 5th Annual Roux for a Reason Gumbo Cookoff. Enjoy gumbo samples, live music, and kids' activities. $15 admission.

Outdoor community exhibit featuring 32-foot long walk-through inflatable colon and free test kits (200 limit, for patients age 45 and up).

Volunteers will remove litter and debris from roadsides, highways, and waterways for safer, cleaner communities. After-party celebration to follow.

Come for a night back in time for a one-of-a-kind performance. Dressed in his 19th-century attire in accompaniment with period-appropriate instruments, the night promises to be a journey into the musical past of America. Presented by Sigel artist management and the Friends of the Library.
