A consumer affairs specialist will be available to assist or answer any questions regarding utility services that fall under the jurisdiction Louisiana Public Service Commission.
The Howl-O-Ween Dog Parade and Festival is a family fun event for man’s best friend. Join us for the
parade, contests, music, food, and refreshments. Awards will be presented for the best costume, best
dog/owner look alike, largest/smallest dog, best dog trick, and howling contest. The event is free to the public and dog owners may make a donation to the Kiwanis Club of Houma Foundation. The proceeds support projects of the Kiwanis Club of Houma and will benefit many students and members of our community. Registration and information is available at www.kiwanishouma.com.

Terrebonne Parish's annual parade will start at 5pm at Terrebonne High School and travel down Main Street, turn onto Barrow Street, and end at the corner of Barrow Street and School Street. More information to come. After the parade, the Parish President and Council members will wish everyone a Merry Christmas and light the Christmas tree at the Courthouse to start the Christmas season in downtown Houma.
