Building Permit applications can be submitted in person to the Permit Office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. Building permit applications can be submitted online at any time.

Permit Fee Waiver
The TPCG Planning & Zoning Department is waiving residential permit fees related to repairs from Hurricane Zeta up to 90 days from the day of the hurricane (October 28, 2020) .
Terrebonne Parish is pleased to announce that a comprehensive offering of the MyGovernmentOnline online permit and inspection software. The software will greatly enhance the permit application submittal and payment experience for contractors and residents. All permit types are now available to apply online except burial permits.
