Insurance Certificates Vendor Requirements

1. Vendors who perform work on our premise
a. $500,000 General Liability w/TPCG named as additional insured b. $250,000 Automobile Liability c. Statutory Limits of Workers' Compensation Liability w/waiver of subrogation in favor of TPCG.
2. Professionals (auditors, consultants, etc.)
a. $500,000 General Liability with TPCG named as additional insured. b. $250,000 Automobile Liability c. Statutory Limits of Workers' Compensation Liability w/waiver of subrogation in favor of TPCG.
3. Vendors who deliver only
a. $ 500,000 General Liability. b. $250,000 Automobile Liability. c. Statutory Limits of Workers' Compensation Liability.
4. Special Events (Vendors who sell products at parades, etc.)
a. $500,000 General Liability with TPCG named as additional insured.
5. Use of Public Property (Buildings, Parks, Streets, etc.)
a. $500,000 General Liability ($1,000,000 if Civic Center Main Arena) With T PCG named additional insured.
6. Vendors who do not deliver (do not come onto our premise)
a. No requirements
All policies are required to have:
1. Thirty (30) day cancellation notices. 2. The certificate holder shall be Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government.
Insurance is to be placed with insurers with an A.M. BEST'S Rating of no less than A: VI.
