Practice sessions for all Track and Field, Bocce and Volleyball Athletes will be held on Saturdays, 4:00 – 5:30 p.m. at Ellender High School, 3012 Patriot Drive, Houma, LA. |
Below is a list of practice and tournament dates. Remember, each practice session is important – make every effort to attend all scheduled practices.

| TARC Shuttle is available ONLY for those athletes that have no other way to get to and from practice. If the shuttle brings you to practice it should also take you home. |
