Terrebonne Parish Government is genuinely concerned about
the quality of life in the parish as well as the preservation of our natural
resources. Being a coastal community, parish residents utilize the area
lakes, bays and bayous extensively for recreation and for their livelihood.
The discharge of untreated or partially treated wastewater into our environment
threatens our water quality and thus, our quality of life. Therefore, proper
collection and treatment of wastewater is essential to our community. |
