As part of our “go green” effort, the council clerk’s office will no longer distribute paper copies of meeting notices or agendas. Please check the parish web site for information regarding upcoming meetings.

All council and council committee agendas, including attachments, date, time and place, are available for viewing and/or downloading on the TPCG website (TPCG.org).

The covers containing lists of agenda items are posted on the bulletin boards next to and across from the doors to the council meeting room on the 2nd floor of the government tower at least 24 hours prior to each meeting.
