The Terrebonne Parish Sales and Use Tax Department is offering a Tax Amnesty Program beginning on January 1, 2010 and ending on February 28, 2010 to allow taxpayers to pay outstanding sales, use, hotel/motel and occupational license taxes without penalties.

The requirements to participate are as follows:

• A Tax Amnesty Application must be completed.
• Tax forms must be completed, signed and accompany the application.
• All outstanding taxes, interest and fees must be paid by February 28, 2010.
