you application online, or print
copy of permit from web site and mail it with signature to:

There is no charge for the permit. A technician then goes out to
determine proper culvert size and catch basin locations. You are
then contacted with this information.
- Resident then purchases their culverts and calls back to the drainage
division to make a work order to have the culverts installed. (drainage
will install culverts up to 36" concrete pipe and 48" corrugated
metal pipe all other sizes will be installed by resident).
- Then the drainage division will have the culverts installed and
replace any fill material, which was removed from the ditch to set
the pipe (it is the residents responsibility to provide any fill
material and to build catch basins to complete the installation). Catch
