Mr. Lambert is a native of Montegut and is serving his second term as the Council member representing that area, as well as the Pointe au Chenes area, lower Little Caillou and the Bourg community. He has been an employee of AT&T (formerly South Central Bell and Bellsouth), for the last 35 years, and served as a member of the Tidewater Conservation and Levee District Board prior to his election to office. His many efforts as Council Member include flood control through hurricane levee construction. He has been extremely active in this area, particularly following the recent hurricanes which so adversely affected the area he represents. Mr. Lambert is married to Donna Lambert, and together they are the parents of two sons and have one grandchild. He is a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, served as President of the Montegut Lions Club, and was recently inducted into the Vandebilt Catholic High School Hall of Fame.
