The online Assessor Inquiry is an internet subscription service that will allow you to access up-to-date tax assessments and other information in real time.
The fee for the online assessment information, which includes detailed reports on every private and public property in Terrebonne, will cost $240.00 a year. There is a one time set up fee of $5.00. The subscription is for one concurrent user.
To subscribe, fill out a form and mail it back with your check.

Once your application form has been processed you will be emailed a username and password to enter the system. Please be sure to enter your email address on the form.

Log into the online Assessor Inquiry web page using https://secure.tpcg.org/apps/assessor/.
If you see the Security Alert window to the left or something similar, click the Yes button to proceed.
The Web site you are viewing is a secure site. It uses a security protocol such as SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) or PCT (Private Communications Technology) to secure the information you send and receive.

Enter your username and password that was issued to you.
Click the Login button to proceed.

If another user has logged on with the same username and password and has not logged off then this page that will appear with the option to force that user to log off. |

The information will show the users logged on time and the amount of time that the user has logged on.
To reset the user, click the Reset User button.
If you do not want to reset the user, click the Logout link on the green bar at the top of the page.

After 30 minutes of no activity the system will bring you back to the log on screen.
When you are finished using the system, click the Logout link on the green bar at the top of the page.
Clicking Logout will properly log your session off, and the next user will not have to reset the user.
