SUMMARY:
This is professional work in the education of individuals.
BASIC FUNCTIONS:
01) With Senior Instructor, develop lesson plans, select and compile instructional material for use in training participants.
02) Process necessary paperwork for effective program operations.
03) Instruct participants in assigned areas.
04) Assist in testing and placement of participants.
05) Work with participants to overcome barriers to employment.
06) Cooperate with other E& T staff to insure maximum service for participants.
07) Other duties as assigned by E & T Instructor or E & T Administrator.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
01) Must be flexible in job assignments and work hours.
02) Must be able to effectively communicate with different social-economic groups of individuals.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
01) Must have degree in educational field.
