DEADLINE TO REGISTER TO VOTE FOR PRIMARY: WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2015


Register to Vote

Visit the Registrar of Voters office to register to vote or submit changes to current registration, including name / address / party affiliation. Voter registration books close 30 days prior to any election.

Visit www.GeauxVote.com where Citizens with a current Louisiana Driver's License may apply for voter registration electronically, while those already registered may review their registration information and apply to update or change if necessary. Voter registration applications are available at Terrebonne Parish public libraries, as well as at the office of the Registrar of Voters.

Early Voting

Saturday, October 10 through Saturday, October 17 (each day except Sunday); 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. at the Registrar of Voters Office - located at Government Tower, Gabasse Street entrance (8026 Main Street, Suite 101, Houma LA).

Election Day Voting

Election Day October 24 (Saturday) - polls open 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

** Please note, the Registrar's Office will be closed on Tuesday, November 11, 2015 for Veteran's Day.

Election Day Voting

Election Day November 21 (Saturday) - polls open 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Voters are required to present picture identification with signature when voting.
Those requiring assistance in voting must file a Physician's Certificate with Registrar of Voters.
