Restore Louisiana Offering Homeowner Assistance Program to Those Affected By Ida

Grant funding is available for eligible homeowners affected by Hurricane Ida through the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program. Funding can be used for: 

  • Home repair or reconstruction
  • MHU repair or replacement
  • Reimbursement for home repairs already completed

Take the first step toward program assistance and complete the Restore Louisiana survey today.

The survey can be completed online at restore.la.gov, or by calling the program call center at (866) 735-2001 between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

In-person assistance is also available through Friday, Feb. 3 at:

Houma, LA 70363

Hours of Operation:
Monday – Friday
10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Your FEMA Registration Number is required to complete the survey. If you have already completed the survey, there is no need to take it again. After you complete the initial survey, the program will review your responses and invite you to complete a full application if you meet the phasing requirements.
