Entergy customers experiencing electrical connection issues with FEMA or GOHSEP/APTIM temporary housing trailers, can call 1-(866)-557-4240 to speak to an Entergy representative. This number is for temporary housing only.
Residents can call 1-800-ENTERGY for all other questions pertaining to traditional hookups and reconnects.
