A Message from the Terrebonne Parish Assessor's Office

A message from Loney Grabert, Terrebonne Parish Assessor:

Our hearts and prayer go out to everyone affected by Hurricane Ida. My office understands that majority of the homes and structures in the Parish were damaged by Hurricane Ida.

In the event your property suffered damage, our office will revalue your property for 2021. You will be required to turn in documentation to our office. Beginning on October 11, 2021 you will be able to visit our office, located in the Government Tower Building, or visit our website tpassessor.org and use the “Disaster Relief” program to upload documentation and photos.

Examples of documents needed:

  1. Itemized Insurance Claim forms
  2. Photos
  3. FEMA Claim form
  4. Receipts for any repair to the structure and invoices from contractors if used for repair.

My staff and I are committed to the residents of our Parish and are here to help during this time of need. Please call our office if you have any questions or concerns at 985-876-6620.

Due to Hurricane Ida, the payment due date of December 31st has been extended until January 31, 2022.
