The Terrebonne Parish Public Health Unit, 600 Polk Street, Houma, is offering COVID-19 testing and COVID-19 and Tetanus vaccinations Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This Friday, October 8, 2021, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., the Shot for a $100 incentive will be offered for those receiving a first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Appointments are preferred, but walk-ups are welcome. 

Vaccines and testing are provided at no out-of-pocket costs. 

Vaccine options:

• Pfizer (ages 12+)
• Pfizer Booser (for eligible persons)
• Johnson & Johnson (ages 18+)
• Moderna (ages 18+)
• Tetanus (ages 18+)

Testing options:

• PCR
• Rapid testing
