Registration is now open for the Louisiana Hurricane Ida Sheltering Program. This first-of-its-kind program, approved by FEMA, will help the state fill the need for resources until FEMA’s temporary housing mission ramps up.

The sheltering program is to provide temporary housing, like travel trailers, to people in heavily impacted areas where other sheltering options are currently unavailable.
