The Terrebonne Parish Pick-up Site located at H. L. Bourgeois High School, for residents needing a ride to the Parish shelter in Monroe, LA  will CLOSE at 6:00PM today (Saturday). There will be NO shelters available in Terrebonne Parish.

If you intend to ride to the shelter in Monroe, you must be at H.L. Bourgeois High School BEFORE 6:00PM to board a bus.

After 6:00PM this evening, Terrebonne residents will have to shelter at home or find another location to safely ride out the storm.  The parish-wide curfew goes into effect at 6:00PM this evening as well.

Residents of Terrebonne Parish are reminded that when storm winds get too high, first responders may NOT be able to brave the dangerous winds to rescue anyone.
