The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government (TPCG) has been awarded $5,000,000.00 to develop affordable owner occupied mixed income housing through the State Hurricane Gustav and Ike Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. TPCG published a Request for Proposals on May 12, 2009 requesting for-profit and non-profit entities to present plans for leveraging these funds through private investment, tax credits, energy efficiency credits, etc.; and to propose their visions for providing affordable housing.

This update to the Request for Proposals includes Addendum 4 and Q&A regarding income limits.
