Roux for a Reason, the annual gumbo cook-off benefitting the Mary Bird Perkins TGMC Cancer Center, will begin at noon on Saturday, March 23, 2019, at Southdown Plantation. 

Teams will complete for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place, as well as the People's Choice Award. 

General admission is $15 and includes gumbo tasting, live music, and kids' activities.
