The Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild hosts the 56th Annual Children's Art Show from March 11 through 17 at the Terrebonne Main Library Branch, 151 Library Street, Houma.

The goal of the art show is to enhance the arts in Terrebonne Parish and the Bayou Region by enlightening young minds to the awareness and importance of the arts.

Registration for the event is held from noon to 6 p.m. on February 26 and 27, 2019, at the Terrebonne Fine Arts Guild, 630 Belanger Street, Houma. The art show is free and open to all Terrebonne and Lafourche students grades 1 through 12. One masterpiece per entry.

The rewards reception will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 17 at the Main Library Branch.
