Annual Christmas Festival to be Held Dec. 1 - Festival Kicks Off with Movie Night on Nov. 30

The Annual Houma Downtown Christmas Festival kicks off at 7 p.m. on Friday, November 30, 2018, with Family Movie Night in the Houma Courthouse Square. This year's film feature is Disney's The Muppet Christmas Carol. This is a free event with seating on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees will enjoy special treats and a souvenir. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Bring your chairs and blankets and wear your Christmas PJs. 

The festival begins at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 1, 2018, and will be held in downtown Houma. The festival features Santa's Workshop, crafts, food, games, music, snow, and more. The annual Christmas parade begins at 5 p.m., with the tree lighting to follow at 7:30 p.m.
