Show: 9am/Sale: 1pm. Local businesses and individuals are invited to come out and purchase the animals that 4-H members have been raising for this years competition.
Open House Sunday February 28 from 1-3pm. Monday-Saturday March 1-6th 10am-4pm. All Terrebonne Parish schools are invited to participate in the annual TFAG School Art Show where the blue ribbon winning students compete with other parish winners for ribbons and awards.
This fund raising event is sponsored by The Leonard Chabert Medical Foundation and held at the home of State Representative and Mrs. Gordon Dove. It features a scrumptious buffet, spirits, entertainment and silent and live auctions. All proceeds from the event are used to benefit the hospital directly and are 100% tax deductible. e 70 musician Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra will perform at Southdown Plantation House & Museum. The outdoor concert begins at 2:30 p.m. Children will be able to see and hear instruments up close in a demonstration by the musicians from 1:45-2:15 p.m. General admission is free and the audience is encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets. Refreshements will be available, as well as a cash bar of wine

The Max Charter School 5K Race Committee in conjunction with Bayou Runners Association (BRASS) will host a 5K Run and a 1 Mile walk. The event is open to all runners and walkers. The proceeds from this event go directly to the Max Charter School. The Maxine Giardina Charter School, approved by BESE for Grades 1-8 in 2007 and located on the Nicholls State University Campus in Thibodaux, LA, is committed to meeting the unique educational needs of students with dyslexia and other language-related learning differences. The mission of the MAX School is to empower the lives of these students who learn differently.
