Description:
An informal, fun competition where teams battle to see who has the greatest trivia knowledge. General knowledge and trivial interest questions are asked by a host, and the team that has correctly answered the most questions at the end of the evening is declared the winner. Entry Fee: $150 per team of up to six players.
The festival features over 300 arts & crafts vendors, Cajun cuisine and tours of the museum. All arts and crafts are hand made. General admission is $4, children under 12 enter free. Additional fees for food, drinks and museum tours.
'From Pumpkins to Poinsettias' TARC'S 'Window to the Community' features products created from TARC men and women from sweet sensations-gourmet chocolate business, Houma Grown, greenhouse department, Grand Designs, screenprinting business, and the Maison d'Art Department. All entertainment is provided by TARC's house band-TARC Express and Christmas music from the TARC Bell Choir. Hayrides are available for kids and their families. It is open to the public and free admission.
Starts @ Terrebonne High School, travels down Main Street and ends at the corner of Main & School St.Santa and Mrs. Claus Will Light the tree after the parade ends.

16th annual pancake breakfast sponsored by the Kiwanis Club of Houma at Vandebilt Catholic High School Cafeteria. The menu includes all you can eat pancakes, sausage, coffee, juice and milk. Photos with Santa and face painting are available for a nominal fee. Tickets are available from any Kiwanis member. $5 in advance $6 at the door.
Santa and his elves launch their floating sleighs at Chauvin near St. Joseph Church and proceed the fifteen miles down Petit Caillou Bayou to arrive at the end of Cocodrie at 12:30 p.m. Santa and his elves will be throwing fishing tackle and candy to kids (of all ages) that have lined the bayou banks.
A Christmas boat parade that begins at dusk in Bayou Terrebonne at Bourg Volunteer Fire Station. Local pleasure boats decorate with Christmas lights and parade down the bayou to Montegut, 3 miles past Sacred Heart Church.

Begins at Bobtown Fire Department proceeds down Grand Caillou Road to Buquet Bridge, onto Shrimper's Row then proceeds to Bobtown Bridge where it disbands
Houma's first distance running event. It's a 13.1 mile challenge or a 6.55 relay, a 5K walk or 5K run. Scenic course with a finish inside the Civic Center.
