Payment Options Available

Pay by Phone

Effective September 5, 2017, TPCG is offering a new payment option for utility billing customers. Customers may now pay their electric and gas utility bills over the phone using the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) service. To use this service, dial 844-331-8341. Be sure to have the following information available:
  • Utility Billing Account Number (Be sure to include the zeros at the beginning of the number)
  • Street Address Number
  • Billing Zip Code
  • 10-Digit Phone Number
Once you key in the requested information, you will be given the option to pay all or a portion of the bill and prompted to key in payment information. Payment can be made using credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, or Discover) or electronic check.

Enclose bottom portion of your bill with your check or money order in the return envelope provided. Mailing address for utility payment is:

In Person

Our main office is located at 8026 Main Street (Government Tower building). Payments are also accepted at the following local banks prior to the due date. Checks are acceptible, but not counter checks.

Night Depository

Located in the rear of, or directly behind the Government Tower building. Enter from Gabasse Street. The box is marked "Utility Bill Drop Box" and "Pay TPCG Electric / Gas Utility Bills Here."

Bank Draft

Authorization forms can be picked up in person at our office, downloaded from our website, or you can call and request to have one mailed. 

Credit Cards

We now accept Visa and Master Card for payment of utility services, but only in person with a valid picture ID or by using our online payment website.

Cash Payments

Only accepted when paying in person.

Online Payments

Since April 1, 2009, city utility customers have been able to access their account online. Customers can register multiple accounts under one user name as well as pay balances using credit cards (VISA/MC only) and eChecks. Payments are processed through a secure connection to JPMorgan Chase. Customers are not required to have an account with JPMorgan Chase to make payments online.
