To re-establish a utility, the procedures for a new service under the Setup Servicepage must be adhered to.
If your previous account was closed and it had a balance left owing, it must be cleared before you can re-establish utility services as outlined.
Most importantly, all utility service locations require a deposit before connection.
Want to close your account?
Only the account named can terminate services, and picture ID is required. Other exceptions in this regard are managed on an individual basis via Management.
If you have relocated out-of-town / state, you may fax, mail, or e-mail your request for such.
In either situation, we require a forwarding mailing address and telephone number in the event your mail is returned.
