Domangue was indicted in January 2000 and a warrant issued for the above charge. The crime in question occurred in September of 1993. Domangue was working as a handyman where the crime occurred and has not been seen since two weeks prior to the discovery of the badly decomposed body of a black female at his worksite. Domangue has been convicted as a habitual offender and last served four years for attempted aggravated rape. In addition Domangue is also wanted on a contempt warrant for failure to appear on charges of Indecent behavior with a juvenile. It is believed that Domangue may have fled to Texas and may be working as a handyman for cash. Anyone with information on Domangue may contact the Houma Police department at 504-873-6371.
