Give your Child a Head Start
The Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government's Head Start Program is accepting applications for children ages 3 to 5 years from low income families for the 2008-2009 school session . Parents of children with severe disabilities are encouraged to apply. To apply you can visit any of these locations.

To apply, please bring the following documentation with you.
- Proof of Income (2 check stubs, current food stamp printout, 2007 tax return, child support order, SSI Award Letters, etc.)
- Child's birth certificate
- Child's updated immunization record
- Child's Social Security Card
- Parent's valid Driver's license or Social Security Card
- Child's Medicaid Card, if applicable
- Court order of Guardianship of child, if applicable
- Proof of residency (utility bill, lease agreement)
- Child's evaluation or I.E.P. (if applicable)
