Mr. Clayton Voisin is a freshman member of the Terrebonne Parish Council but was elected to service as Council Vice-Chairman by his peers. He represents District 7 which encompasses all of Grand
Caillou, Dulac, Summerfield Subdivision, Mulberry Subdivision, Acadian Subdivision, and Plantation Gardens Subdivision; as well as portions of Bayou Black, Bayou
Dularge, and Elysian Fields Subdivision. Mr. Voisin’s district is large and diverse as it includes the Houma Navigational Canal, the
Intra-coastal Waterway, the Port of Terrebonne, the East Houma Industrial Complex, Terrebonne Parish’s Adult and Juvenile Correctional Facilities, and several schools and training facilities. Mr. Voisin is a member of all Council Committees. Mr. Voisin is married to Mrs. Veronica LeBouef
Voisin, and is a dedicated father, although his children are now grown.
