Witness lives outside of the parish but within 25 miles of the Court and if witness lives within parish or is employed in the parish if:

Witness lives outside the parish but within the State ADD $5.00 for hotel and meals/day. 

If done for a police officer, automatic fee of $40.00.

 Limits to Sue for:
